Teen depression isn’t a weakness or something that can be overcome with willpower — it can have serious consequences and requires long-term treatment. For most teens, depression symptoms ease with treatment such as medication and psychological counseling.

As i am out of my teenage according to me these may be causes of depression:
1. Feelings of sadness, which can include crying spells for no apparent reason. Mtlb bus youhi rona ata hai.. Dil krta hai to talk to favourite person. Kbhi kbhi bahir janay ka dil krta kbhi bus thori dair akelay rhny ka dil krta and sometimes bus ronay sy hi better feel honay lg jata.
2.Feeling hopeless or empty. Failures in life can lead to this. Mei ny mostly logo ko khty suna hai k abhi umar kia guzri hai jo inhy depression honay lg gaya. Per bhai depression ki koi umar nhi.. Failures in relationships, failure in entry tests, failure in getting good grades ya sada ilfaaz mei LOOG KIYA KAHAIN GY ki wajah sy apni pasand k kaam ko nazar andaaz krnay ki failure. Extreme sensitivity to rejection or failure, and the need for excessive reassurance leads to severe anxiety.
3. Fixation on past failures or exaggerated self-blame or self-criticism. Aisa kuch jo kisi k sath bachpan mei ho chuka ho.. childhood trauma or early teenage relationship issues this can lead to severe kinda trauma.
Just like Snow ball effect things just roll up. Better honay ki bajaye sb worse ho jata hai and that leads to anxiety. We never know what the other person is suffering from. Just like the butterfly effect aik cheez kis dusri cheez ko trigger krti hai we never kmow. EVERYTHING EFFECTS EVERYTHING.
4.Loss of interest in, or conflict with, family and friends. I swear friendship break ups hurt more than relationship break ups. I am not saying that relationship issues don’t lead towards depression. They surely do.
5. Ongoing sense that life and the future are grim and bleak. Unemployment, and financial issues leads to this. I swear financial issues causes 50% of the daily depression of many people.
6. Body shaming. Haww hayee wo moti hai, haaww haye wo choti hai, haaw hayee wo kali hai, Haww hayee uski zaban ka masla hai wo sahi sy bol nhi skti, haww uski dressing sense dekho yh woo. Bhaaai STOOOPP BODDDY SHAMMIIINGGG.
7. Social media anxiety. Har dusra bnda social media per influencer bana hoa hai. Bro you are not influencing us instead you are giving us severe anxiety. We can’t afford rooz ka elhda khaadi ka suit with metro k shoes aur MAC ka makeup. We are simple middle class people trying to live our life.
Whatever the reason of someone’s anxiety or depression is we should not mock them. I have often hear many people saying leh namaz prho depression khatam ho jaye ga. Tmhy kis cheez ka depression hai aivi bgair wajah k attention seek krny k liya. Sb kuch hai tmharay pass paisay, grades blah blah still depression ka rona. Yh depression nhi nashukri hai and the things goes on.
For God sake don’t judge people. Give them space. Agar ap unki anxiety kam nhi kr skty ho tu at least try k apki wajah sy unka trauma unki anxiety zayada na ho.
