-Food Review
: Nusrat Cafe, Anarkali Lahore
A small cool and calm place located on Mall Road with some good interior, comfortable sitting and pleasant atmosphere.
It’s a tribute to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s voice was otherworldly. For 25 years, his mystical songs transfixed millions. It was not long enough. He performed qawwali, which means wise or philosophical utterance, as nobody else of his generation did. His vocal range, talent for improvisation and sheer intensity were unsurpassed.
So coming to the food I ordered:
•Mashroom wild soup
Rs. 180/ bowl
⭐ 7/10
•Chicken Chili Dry Rice
Rs. 400
⭐ 8/10 (it was good)
•Nusrat special Pizza (Medium)
Rs. 750
⭐ 7/10 (Pizza needs improvement)
Ambiance ⭐ 8/10
Service ⭐ 8/10
Overall, it was a good experience.
